Jelly Art InstructorWanru , jelly artist from Bloomalicious fell in love with 3d floral jelly art 3 years ago and began her 3d jelly art journey shortly after. Previously in advertising, her keen aesthetics sense has driven her to adapt cute and feminine designs to her jelly creations. Honing her 3d jelly art skills from all over the world, she will be sharing her expertise generously with her students.

Bento InstructorGet your friends to love you by making them jealous with these bento making skills. MIKAMAMI will take you through how to make cute and creative bento that your friends and family will crave and that’s easy enough for beginners.

NICHOLAS
Passionate ChefNicholas is a passionate chef who is on a continuous journey to improving his craft, constantly feeding his need for creativity through experimenting with new techniques and creating new dishes. He emerged as one of the Top 10 Finalists of MasterChef Singapore. He strives to not only create a fulfilling and creative experience for his students but a holistic baking experience at Little Bakers Lab.

EUNICE
Cake Painting InstructorEunice is an artist and founder of Eumicakes. She specialises in floral arrangements on cakes with buttercream or chocolate using palette knives. With her skill sets and patience, she will guide you on your very own creation in the art of palette knife painting.

Bread & Pastry InstructorMeet Chef Lee Shee Yang, an experienced baker who has been in the bakery industry for 27 years! Before embarking on a pastry teaching journey, he was working at various bakery shops from Bengawan Solo to Four Leaves serving up exquisite and artisanal pastries.
He was the first to develop the Kouign-Amann workshop in Singapore, which successfully brings joy to every participant with his knowledge and skillsets.

CHEF WONG
Dim Sum ChefChef Wong and his team formerly the Group Dim Sum Chef for over 15 years in one of the top Chinese restaurants in Singapore. With 3 decades of culinary experience, 50-year-old Chef Wong and his team are a veteran of Chinese cuisine, particularly dim sum.

Pastry InstructorJoan Lim, founder of Savoury Art by Joan Lim, started as a self-taught baker before taking the plunge to invest 18 months of her time to complete her Diploma in Pastry & Baking. After that, she continued her pursuit of excellence by attending courses worldwide with famous bakers like Christopher The (Australia), Tortik Annushka (Russian) and Antonio Bachour (USA), just to name a few.
She believes in the constant pursuit of perfection and hence she is known for creations that taste as good as it looks!

TERESA THENG
Macarons InstructorI have been teaching macarons since 2014; I’ve taught hundreds of students through the years.
To bring my baking skills and cake decorating to another level, I learned from different teachers during my spare time, and I don’t believe that you fully comprehend something in a single workshop. But I master it through constant practice until it is done perfectly right; if it looks good, it should taste even better!

Traditional Indonesian Bakes InstructorRani is the founder of @Loverina, an online business selling well-known Indonesian bakes. She also specialises in crafting traditional Indonesian delicacies and with years of baking experience, Instructor Rani is excited to impart her skillsets to each of her participants in perfecting their bakes through her baking workshops!

With a keen eye for high-quality aesthetics and décor, honed from a prosperous career designing jewellery, her progression into professional cake-making and customization was completely natural.
Through high-quality customizations to cakes and cupcakes, she wanted Cakes by K to propel her passion for bringing the utmost satisfaction to her customers.
